Workshop Details
Each workshop spans approximately two weeks, with 12 teaching days out of the 14. Daily classes run for about four hours, offering focused, immersive practice. The remaining time is yours to explore the island, rest, and rejuvenate. Lesvos is a stunning island with abundant opportunities for relaxation, adventure, and nourishment. Whether you wish to wander the picturesque landscapes, enjoy wholesome local cuisine, or simply rest deeply, the island offers a perfect backdrop for your retreat and inner work.
Donations
We gratefully accept donations for our workshops. For many years, we have suggested a donation of €1250 EUR. However, if you are able to contribute more, we deeply appreciate your generosity. If your budget doesn’t allow for this amount, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—everyone is welcome. Please note, donations are accepted in cash (Euros only). ATMs are available at the airport and in the nearby town of Molyvos.
Frequently asked Questions about Registration
We are so looking forward to the possibility of welcoming you to our sacred valley of olive trees on the island of Lesvos. As we evolve our own inner process, we are also evolving the way we invite you to join us. We hope these questions and answers help to clarify the new path to attending our workshops.
Q: What is new about the sign-up process for this year’s courses?
We invite you to first turn inward and listen to whether the calling to be with us in beautiful Eftalou is a whole-hearted call. In the past, managing the many different schedules and questions of our students traveling internationally became a great challenge, pulling our energy away from the teaching and the creative process. We trust that the committed energy of our travelers will guide just the right group of students to the doorstep of our yoga hall. Our new path is:
- Review the announced course dates and times.
- Book your travel and accommodation with a sense of commitment.
- Inform us of your arrangements through the workshop confirmation form on the schedule page.
We trust that a committed group creates a more potent container for the work we do together.
Q: How do I book my travel and accommodations in Lesvos?
Lesvos and Molyvos have been developing and modernizing. This is fortunate for travelers, offering a wonderful array of places to stay and rest. With the current ease of online booking, you are the captain of your journey and can find a place that suits you. We have some tried and true places on our website, but it has become difficult for us to keep up with the many fine places on offer, so we ask that you embrace your travel planning with self-sufficiency. Find your own space, and feel into the calm you will create for yourself here.
Q: Once I have made my arrangements, how do I let you know I am coming?
We ask that you decide within yourself, with a whole heart, if you are being called to be with us. Once the commitment has been made concrete – meaning you have secured your flights and accommodation – please let us know through the workshop confirmation form below what your arrangements are. This simple notification confirms your attendance and allows us to focus our energy on holding the space for your arrival.
Q: Do I need to ask you if there is space for me to attend the workshop?
No, there is no need to ask if there is space. We will tend to the website and remove the course dates when the confirmed number of students is truly full. We hope this helps reduce the some of the email correspondence around uncertainty, allowing us all to focus on the deep inner work we share.
Q: Can I attend for just one week instead of the full course?
Our work together is a journey of undoing, unravelling, and trusting, and it thrives on the cohesion of the group energy that builds and deepens across the full two weeks. It takes time for the group to truly settle and come together in the first week, leading to a truly special energy in the deeper unfolding of week two. We do not encourage people to only come for a shorter time. If, however, your circumstances truly cannot allow for the full course, and you can only manage one week, it must be the first week. Adding a new person midway through disturbs the delicate balance and flow of the energy we cultivate and is not something we can support. Thank you for understanding.
Q: My partner/friend and I are traveling and staying together. Do we both need to fill out the Commitment Form?
Yes. Each person who is feeling the call to attend the workshop must complete and submit their own separate workshop confirmation form on the schedule page. Though you may share your travel arrangements and your accommodation, the attunement to the course and your deep inner exploration is uniquely your own. The form serves as each person’s acknowledgement of their dedication to the time we will share.
